Since our startup is the first mover in Afghanistan Market so the most important KPI that we will track is how much it cost to acquire a new customer. This tells us about the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Then there is customer retention rate which tells us about the customers who remain paying customers for a period of time and work to keeping customers happy which can also help us in getting new customers too.
