by giving promotions and rebates to order local guides and giving customers ideas and suggestions for trips like locals

Revenue model

gids revenue comes from local guide share of 15% for gids and 85% for local guides. and from service fee of 3% of total tourist transactions. In addition we also work together with local guest house managers and village tour managers.

gids competitors are meetrip and nuflit, they are a local guide marketplace, but there is no official certified guides classification. Gids comes with local guides who have official certification from government and specialized in Indonesia only. Travelers can also define and organize their own destinations with the help of local guides from gids. and enjoy the local wisdom of Indonesia.
